Project Description: | Combine units 2C and 2D of bldg. 2 and upfit into one 3,865 sq. ft. unit for use as an
Italian restaurant and bar with no proposed expansion of heated and cooled footprint.
The immediately adjacent, outdoor patio space is proposed to expand from 586 sq ft of
uncovered, paved patio area to 1,209 sq ft. of uncovered, paved patio area and a door
is proposed to replace a window to provide direct access from the dining room to the
patio.
The restaurant will include a full commercial kitchen with 18’ hood system, walk in cooler
storage, dry storage, dough prep and storage, pick up food line, dishwash area, pizza
oven and prep area, sales and hostess counter, full bar with bar seating, full dining room
with over 100 capacity, 3 ADA compliant bathrooms, a 330 sq ft. private dining space
and 300 sq ft. employee only, mezzanine for office and storage use. |
